My daily diet is mainly salad w / spinach, fruit and vegetables, others, including grilled chicken and salmon. Almonds and a blueberry. Oh, and bran cereal with 1% fat milk, including frozen strawberries. As a rule, every week for a coffee in the morning about 2-3 bottles of water per day.
